Thank you for your interview feedback and for considering Melissa & Doug. There was a time several years ago when we had a "schedule" but times have changed! Like most companies, some of our roles are hourly/non-exempt where we have defined shifts in order to ensure exceptional support for our customers and consumers. We also have many salaried/exempt roles that do not work a defined schedule. Nothing is more important than family time and we strive to provide our associates with the flexibility to achieve balance in their lives, including very competitive Paid Time Off and......a HUGE discount on our amazing products!!!
