Company makes you jump through hoops and takes advantage of the fact their applicant pool is so large. They make you come in many times in the search of "find the perfect fit." This meant I had to come in 6 times before they thought it just was not what I wanted. Very cultish atmosphere.

Roundabout hiring process that takes weeks. Took me 4 weeks of going in for FULL DAYS which when you have another job is very difficult. On top of this they expect you to reach out everyday during the process. Such a horrible process for a horrid, horrible, depressing job.

Entretien
The interview is pretty long. Usually a phone call followed by a meeting with HR and followed with a full day working there. A test comes first, not difficult and then sitting with sales people listening to how the conduct their calls
M&D try to sell you on how cool the company is with stuff like karaoke sessions and how they are "friends to their customers" (until they hang up the phone)
Not impressed with what they portray to be vs. how they really are.
