The process began with a screening call with HR, followed by 2 in-person interviews with several members of the team and a handful of "assessments". The overall process took about 4 weeks from the first call to the final decision. Beginning with the HR rep, they were very responsive and was the point of contact throughout the process. Although they were new to the organization (part of a larger emphasis) they were very informative, helpful and pleasant to work with. Following the screening call, I completed the first two assessments -- one being a simple data accuracy assignment and the other focusing on logic and reasoning. The first in-person interview included two interviews and another three assessments. Both interviews were great candid and open conversations largely focusing on my experience and determining if the culture would be the right fit (coming from Financial Services). The three assessments followed, with the first two again being easy data input accuracy (though I missed a couple pieces). The third was a bit more job specific -- using excel to model and analyze on a somewhat real-life scenario. All three were completed at workstation out on the open floor in close proximity to some Red Hot Chili Peppers. I was invited back for a second in-person interview -- this time with the Sales Managers. Both were great and again, nice open conversations. The sixth, and final, assessment was back to the excel based modelling and analyzing -- probably my favorite in that it gave me the best sense of the type of problems the role may be looking to solve. Overall, a good solid experience and I really appreciated how quickly they were able to move throughout the process as I was in the final stages of another offer.
