The first interview was with the HR Manager where they asked the typical questions: tell me about your experience, what can you bring to the team, etc.
The second interview was with the department leader. There was nothing out of the norm asked but the interview was super uncomfortable. There was little engagement and what seemed like interest in hearing about my past experience.

How well do you work with business leaders across departments?
Met with the recruiter from Argentina who was lovely, and then the hiring manager. Didn't feel that the hiring manager knew enough about what was necessary for the job. I asked for feedback from them as to why I was never selected, but did not hear back.
