Applied online and got a call the next day to set up an interview. I interviewed with 3 people. The first interview consisted of primarily behavioral based questions relating to customer service. The second interview wasn't really an interview at all, but an overview of Meijer's history, culture, and mission. The third interview was more behavioral based questions. I was offered a job on the spot pending a background investigation which was conducted the following week by the Administrative Assistant. Once the background results came back the Admin. contacted me to arrange a times for orientation and training.

Entretien
Great team, great hours. I always have something to work on and can ask for help if I need it. There are also benefits to the job which is nice and I am able to take lunch if I need one so overall it is a great fit for me.
Very easy interview they asked about your past experience and it’s a phone call first and then in person. Once you pass both of the process you interview with the store director sometimes or you just get hired in.

Scheduled phone interview after application was submitted. Was scheduled over email. Interview was short maybe 10 minutes at most. Basic questions to assess work ethic and experience. Offer was provided via email after the interview.
