Really no process, they call and say show up for orientation. They do ask availability and pay your expecting. All done over the phone and you talk to a team leader. Really no real interview or management involvment.

I didn't even get a call from them after I was told my interview was set up and ready. I went back and doubled checked with them just to be turned away
