I only made it to interveiw 1. Meijer does a 3 interview process. It was pretty quick, no more than 15-16 minutes. The woman who interviewed me began with questions about my application and if i was attending school. She then asked me situation questions, and went on to explain their policies and dress code. She had 6 other interviews that day, I had no experience so I didn't expect the call back.

Entretien
Great team, great hours. I always have something to work on and can ask for help if I need it. There are also benefits to the job which is nice and I am able to take lunch if I need one so overall it is a great fit for me.
Very easy interview they asked about your past experience and it’s a phone call first and then in person. Once you pass both of the process you interview with the store director sometimes or you just get hired in.

Scheduled phone interview after application was submitted. Was scheduled over email. Interview was short maybe 10 minutes at most. Basic questions to assess work ethic and experience. Offer was provided via email after the interview.
