The process has changed since I got hired several years ago. Got a phone call to set up a time for an interview. Went in and the interview lasted 20 minutes at the most. Only had one interview with my current manager and started within the next couple weeks. Now all candidates go through at least 2 or 3 interviews and start within a couple weeks.

Tell them a time at work when I had to make a difficult ethical choice.
Got a phone calling asking if you would like to work. Basic eligibility questions and asked if I shopped there before in the past. When going in for in person interview they hired me on the spot and had to shadow a person the day of.
they gave me one quick screener phone interview. Later I was interviewed by two managers at the same time in the store. Then I was brought back in to talk to store director.

Entretien
There was a two part interview process, I ended up doing both the same day. Overall the process was fairly easy and they offered me the job right on the spot.
