You need to contact the store daily until you get an interview. You are then required to have 3 interview with the last one being with the store director. If you are hired you will then spend about 8 hours doing computer testing and training.

it was about 15 minutes long, asked the basic questions like previous experience, transportation, can you lift up to -- pounds, etc. then asked multiple "tell me about a time" questions.

They usually set up interviews by calling but I advise calling them. Background takes a little time but after it's just orientation which last about two days just safety and skill training for the job.

Extremely relaxed. I came far over dressed and the interview happened in the break room. So overall the experience was very chill. You'd interview with you prospective boss and the manager over him/her.
