I had an initial phone screen with the manager, and then went into the office for a 1.5 hour interview with three separate members of the team. I felt that the interview had gone quite well, but I never heard back from anyone that I spoke with that day, despite sending thank you emails to each individual interviewer and a couple of succinct follow-up emails to the hiring manager.
