Still use conventional psychological test. there are 3 steps of interview: user interview, HR interview, Director interview. the user asking about skills and implementation, HR and Director not really remember. sadly in this kind of modern and rapid digitalization, they still prefer on site interview. but that's a good thing since the applicants and my rivals are limited.
