The process began with a conversation with HR. This was just a screening of me as a candidate and to set me up for the actual interview with a project manager. After this conversation, you are provided a spreadsheet in Excel and you need to do a few calculations on some metrics they use for their business. This is to see if you can do basic math and gauge your proficiency in Excel. I then spoke with Project Management, and they ask you about their competitors and why you feel you would be a good fit. The interview was 30 minutes long.
