Initial HR phone screening to assess the motivation & role fit, followed by 3 Rounds of problem solving with various leaders across org including situation based questions and 1 Behavioral round around Mantras/Leadership principles

Entretien
I had an initial screening round which was scheduled for 30 mins, however Interviewer ended up taking 45 mins without even asking if I was ok to extend or not. I had time on hand so continued.
Interviewer did not ask any program related questions; just stuck with technical questions and some basic ones. I never heard back from the recruiter.
The overall experience was disappointing and a waste of time.
