Initial Screening:

"As a Business Analyst, you're often tasked with gathering and analyzing requirements to facilitate effective decision-making. Can you provide an example of a project where you played a key role in eliciting and defining requirements, and how your analysis contributed to the project's success?"
Interview process was too long and it almost took three months to complete. They had many rounds including comprehensive and case study after all they said they have internal candidate which they need to provide opportunity.

Entretien
The interview process was very unorganized and had poor communication throughout. I never spoke with HR, except to schedule. I made it to the final round where I was interrogated line by line on my resume. It was a very uncomfortable experience. I never heard from them again except for an email almost 3 months later that the position had been filled.
