Applied for position through website. Was contacted for a face to face interview 2 weeks later. Went in expecting to meet with team, 2 SC managers, HR manager and hiring manager and only met with team that day. Rescheduled a face to face with the others for one day later (someone was out of town, reason for reschedule) -- Was offered position 10 days later. Accepted.

Quick and easy, two-stage interview process with team's hiring managers first and then with their manager. Questions were half in Spanish and half in English. Short interview with upper management, about 15 minutes

Hiring manager conducted a 30 minute phone interview to ask about previous experience. A few weeks later I was invited in for a one hour panel interview. Questions were behavioral based.
