J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Medtronic (Memphis, TN) en avr. 2008
Entretien
I was recommended for an open position to the hiring manager by a Director within Medtonic. I applied to the position online as directed. My resume did not list enough training experience key words and the Director recommending me suggested that I rewrite my resume to show the full extent of training responsibilities. The rewrite did work to have HR notice my resume and call me for a phone interview. The HR person was easy to talk to and concluded there was a good fit and recommended that hiring manager conduct a phone interview which also went well. I flew to Memphis for same-day interviews. The position was for sales training of a bone growth product and key points of training were compliance and training on new procedure applications as approved for use. The hiring manager and other product managers were very personable and seemed to value teamwork within the marketing and training department. The product scientists and engineers seemed to value their contribution more then marketing which made for an awkward moment in one interview. Overall, I concluded I would enjoy working there.
