My interview process consisted of a conference call with different people with whom I'll work together in the summer. I really enjoyed it, they were very friendly and asked some questions about my previous projects, programming languages and other stuff. After that, it was a little bit painful because the company running the international background check was very disorganized which cost me a few gray hairs.
