I went to a career fair, handed in my resume, chatted with them a little and was offered an interview with them within about a week. It was mainly behavioral questions and stuff about my resume/experience and how the company worked. I'm now preparing for my second interview with Medtronic. They recruited through my school, and then reached out to me through Handshake. I had a phone behavioral interview with a recent college graduate who was a full time employee.

Entretien
Half hour interview where they asked me four questions concerning past group work. Interviewer said he had five questions total and he would randomly choose 4 to ask me. No typical behavioral interview questions were asked.
