Entretien
I was giving a brief 30-45 minute phone interview and then asked to come in one full day for an in person interview. This was about 5-6 hours long and at the end of it, I had a huge migraine. The questions were thoughtful and thorough and weren't asked by multiple different interviewees. Afterwards, I was given a brief tour of the facility. Overall, a good experience other than the length of the interview.

Very casual 30-minute interview - sat down with one employee and talked about my resume, especially the projects and leadership roles I've held. I talked for most of the time, and the interviewer asked me sporadic questions, mostly about any problems I had during the projects (to see how I would respond in tough situations). Barely had any conversation about why I wanted to work at Medtronic, though.
