I went to a conference (SHPE); received an interview go to the site (Memphis) after interviewing with a Talent Aquisition Medtronic employee. At the site, I interview with two potential teams they were hiring an associate engineer for. I interviewed with around 8 people. The interview started at 8AM until around 3PM, nonstop.

Entretien
I met a recruiter a professional conference. About 3 weeks later, I had a phone interview and was asked to apply online. Phone interview was simple and relaxed. Mainly asked about relevant experience. I have just heard back that I will be having an onsite interview in about 3 weeks.

-Got a call after a month of submission of online application
-No technical questions; questions were more about me.
the whole interview was very non technical and easy but strangely, got rejected though I gave my best!

It took months for the recruiting team to contact and then I got 2 interviews back to back but after that I never hear from them. They does not provide any feedback or any comments whatsoever. The overall experience is very annoying as they keep you on hold for so long.
