Basic run through of CV with questions asked on specific aspects of my CV. This was followed by 3 competency based questions on different scenarios related to the role. The interview was carried out by 3 personnel from Medtronic. These were a HR representative, Senior Quality Engineer and an Engineering Supervisor.
