I went through email and had a phone call. They laughed in my face when I said $85k, saying even level IIs don't make that much. I make $82k in my current site-level job, so I don't think that was an unreasonable request. They did not follow up.

It was smooth expect they'll keep you on hold for very long time. But since it's one of the leading CRO then I must say worth the wait. Also the global HR & interviewer were very humble and open to help for any query regarding the position.
