Entretien
1) Applied for the job; 2) received an email requesting a phone interview within a few days; 3) phone interview focused on desired salary, gaps in employment and if I was aware of what a CRA was; 4) within 2 days of the phone interview, I received another email to schedule an in-person interview in Cincinnati (flight paid for by company); 5) interviewed with three people for 30 minute blocks (HR Rep, Training Rep, CRA Manager), was required to write an brief essay on the functional capacity of a CRA in the Health Field; 6) heard back regarding offer within a two week span.
Short, 3 interviews total. Phone, big interview, then a final call. They were very prompt with scheduling and letting me know where I stand in the process. Good interview process.

A 30 minute virtual interview. Was pretty standard. They asked what my background was, why I wanted to work for them, and my career goals. It was more of a one-one chat to see if I was a good fit. I thought it went quite well but I didn't hear back from them.
HR was on leave so the department head interviewed me directly, it was over an hour a bit exhausting though. During the interview she asked whether I have some clinical trial hands on experiences which was negative as I’m the fresh Graduate
