I underwent two interview rounds for the position of .NET Developer at Medline for their development center at Pune (India), adjusting my schedule to accommodate the US time zone by participating in interviews late at night, around 8 PM. Despite providing accurate and comprehensive responses throughout the final interview, spanning over an hour, I was ultimately rejected. The outcome is deeply disappointing, especially considering my high level of confidence in securing the offer. This experience has been disheartening, having invested significant time and resources without receiving the deserved offer. I remain uncertain about the specific expectations of the interview panel, which adds to the frustration of this outcome.
