I was ghosted by the recruiter. I reached out 3 days after the follow up date she gave me. She answered and said they will get back to me..another week and a half and I emailed her again. I have not heard since. It's been 4 weeks since a simple recruiter screening. Very unprofessional.

There is a 30 Minute interview with HR, 30 minute interview with sales manager, 30 minute interview with sales director. Then after that you find out if you got the position.
Standard phone interview. Wanted to hear about your background. After phone interview was asked to take an assessment. Assessment is based on personality. After the assessment there is an in-person interview. Standard interviewing process.
