Interview instructions we confusing. I showed up the the right address but they did not specify which door to go through. I went to another company's reception desk and the directed me to Medlines reception desk. After waiting for 15 mins for the receptionist to finish with the bathroom, she told me I was supposed to go to the employee entrance. I go to the employee entrance and its locked so I have to wait for someone to walk by to open the door. The email also did not tell me who I would be meeting with.

The director of operations interviewed me so I am not sure if he has the same questions as other hiring managers but he asked a lot of situation questions. Like previous challenges and how you over came them.

Interview was easy but they do ask u questions too make sure u can perform the job. My interview was a bit serious because he asked me some really deep questions and we went over every single job on my resume
