The process starts with a phone screen and if you pass that you will be able to meet with hiring managers. First 30 minutes, you interview with Supervisors and next 30 minutes you interview with the Director of the department. After the interview, you take a 12 minute test that you can somewhat prepare for.

3 Interview Process - 1st, Phone interview (simple) - 2nd, Face to face with superior (most difficult) - 3rd, Final Interview (mostly relaxed). If you made it to the third interview you probably got the job.
