It was a long process taking about 3 months total. You meet with a recruiting staff member for the first interview, then meet with the management team of the group that is looking to hire you for the second interview.

Question 1
They were situational questions. If you were in a certain situation, how would you react or handle the situation. Questions related to handling disagreements with co-workers or other difficult situations you might experience at work.
First interview consisted of about an hour long conversation with a recruiter, typical first interview, focus on experience and education. Following the conversation there was a written section. Second interview was with the management team of the group that is looking to hire you for the second interview.

Recieved a phone call from the recruiting deparment offering a job in a completely different department and when I asked about the job I applied for, I was told they are looking for people with experience. I have over 7 years experience in testing but for some reason that was not taken into consideration.
