The owner's husband first contacted me following my application submission (online), to set up an appointment for me to meet with an owner. We met at Starbucks for a very informal interview. I was asked about my previous experience with both skin care and makeup. The owner (Kim) was difficult to understand at times but other than that the experience was fine.
