Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Mediconnect Global
Entretien
This process was ridiculous and I cannot understand how they hope to build a strong employee base when they are making judgments based on speed dating style interviews. First I was called and asked if I could come for the speed interview. After scheduling I was given two different links to perform tests before my interview. I completed the tests and then went for the interview which was done corral style. People interviewing for all different types and levels of position were corralled in and each given the opportunity for a "60 second introduction". From that, they decided if they wanted to talk to you and invest a whopping 5 minutes to "interview you." Many were sent home after just the 60 second shot. What a waste of time! I was selected for an interview and went and met with them for about 5 minutes. By the time I left I felt like the system was so ridiculous I wasn't sure I even wanted to work for a company that makes its personnel decisions based on speed dating tactics. VERY bad experience.

Question 1
The most difficult part was honestly the LACK of questions. They didn't invest the time to really ask. It was a quick resume review and "tell me what you are passionate about".
