Got an email a few weeks after applying asking to set up a phone interview a week in advance. The corporate recruiter I was supposed to interview with was a no call no show. She emailed me saying that she was in a meeting and to speak later that day, to which I replied that I was off the rest of the day and she could call me whenever she had time. She never responded and any consecutive attempts to get in contact with her led to me being ghosted with absolutely no communication. I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and ability to do a very basic task for any organization; the hiring of staff.
