Met with Executive Manager (one of 2 for the company), then two of the Department Managers who were both looking for team members to add. Executive Manager conducted most of the interview, with standard interview questions. No degree is required for the Account Representative position, training on the job is provided. Customer service experience, Accounts Receivable or handling of financial transactions, data entry, experience in the healthcare setting, or billing industry is desirable. Phone center experience is also good. A degree, such as an associate's or Bachelor's, is highly desirable but not necessary. If a veteran, highlight any college classes taken.
