The initial correspondence was via email. I sent my CV, and the Manager responded. I had to complete a profiling questionnaire. They were so accommodating, as at that time I was working about +-50 minutes away from them, and could only come after working hours. We first had the interview, and afterwards I did a test where I had to create something in Adobe Flash, one of the applications used. I had the opportunity to do the test at home and email it, but I choose to do it there. I then got an offer, and work a three months probation, and afterwards got a permanent position.
