They advertise through Craigslist from which I applied. I was then called back and asked to take an entry level assessment and have a 1:1 interview. I was called back the next day and asked to partake in a phone interview. My phone interview lasted almost 3 hours and detailed my life way more than it should for the position I was applying to. After the phone interview I was offered the job.

In depth questions about the job that I had as a 16 year old were unexpected and not appreciated, as were questions pertaining to personal relationships.
