The process was fairly quick. I applied online and had one initial call with a recruiter. They then gave me two different accounts to interview with within the same week. The interviews were both two 30min back to back sessions with members of the team.

The overall process from scheduling interview, to the interview itself and the offer was within a week. The interview itself consisted of 3 20 minute rounds each with 1 or 2 managers administering it.

Spoke with an extremely nice and helpful recruiter on the phone. When I got to my interview everyone was shocked I was there, to the point the team I was supposed to meet with first said hello with their lunches in hand. I was only scheduled to meet with 2 people but ended up meeting with more than two members of the team. One girl was particularly rude in calling out I didn't have a resume for her when she clearly did not learn anything about me beforehand. I am interviewing for a new position in media having come from the buying side, yet they still talked to me like I had no clue how media worked. Then she publicly decided to point out a typo on my resume no one has ever brought to my attention before (fine thanks for the tip but still rude). When the next guy from the team came to speak with me he was no help either, he was on his phone the whole time and refused to answer my questions saying "I am asking too broad of an ask and therefore he doesn't have an answer for me" He was so hung up on the details I had no idea what to ask him. Everyone I spoke to in person was just a nasty jerk and being elitist to make themselves look better. I have interviewed at many agencies and have received enough offers to know what works and what doesn't, but being rude to your potential new teammate is just a red flag that no one should work here.
