Resume shortlisting process is bit complex in Media.net, they must be seeing various factors like number of switch you had, time span in current organization, etc.
The recruiter contacted for position and then within 3 days the interview got scheduled.
The process was smooth.
The first round of interview was on zoom where interviewer asked to share the screen and asked to solve 3 programming questions, time and space complexity for them etc.
He was quite calm and composed and was providing hints followed by technical questions why this approach etc.

There were 4 rounds, first was screening round where the hiring manager connected virtually and checked for the interest in the role saying multiple times that it's a front end role. 2nd round was technical virtual interview and the interviewer was good provided a friendly experience. After that the recruiter called and asked for salary documents and said there'll be in person round. In this round questions like designing a web application. 1 dsa question was asked, 4th round was again with the hiring manager, asked question like design google sheets and then was ghosted.

Total 5 rounds. 2 coding round. 1 coding + LLD round (2 hours) long, 1 HLD round, 1 Hiring manager round.
1. I did solve all the problems in both the coding round. Positive experience.
2. 3rd round just freaked me out, they sent invite for 1 hour long interview with title as "coding round" and ended up with 2 hours long coding + LLD round (I was too frustrated that I wanted to bang my head on table). Interviewer didn't even explain the expectation of interview as well (whether it will be coding or ). He blindly asked a problem which is purely coding and when I solved them he told me write LLD which was pretty late. He took 2 hours long interview. I had other interview scheduled which I missed because of this interviewer. Extremely negative experience.
4. 4th HLD round - positive experience.
5. 5th HM round - neutral experience. HM was asking me to pen down a *deterministic mathematical equation* for some "ad related problem". He was also eating chai pakora while interviewing me. (No professionalism)
Overall: Negative Experience.
Interview Recommendation: Only go for interview if you've lots of lots of patience to spend 2 straight hours for an interview.
