Nothing mentioned about poor training, chaos, turnover, no salary increase on certain years exploitation, lack of upper management support; stupid obligatory week-end trips to Toronto for conferences, training with NO compensation, intimidation tactics. And no concern for employees health and safety. Unfriendly, hostile staff meetings every morning
