I applied through my university's career services. I was then invited to a pre night as well as a next day interview. After the next day interview, I was invited for interviews at headquarters in Indianapolis. I then had a phone interview with another VP. I was extended and offer and I accepted.

It was pretty straight forward. I did a screening phone call with an internal recruiter. Then I did an in person office visit. I interviewed with three people there (all one on one but also back to back). The offer was extended shortly after the in person interview.

First, I had an on-campus interview that lasted about 30 minutes. The interview was basic where I expressed details about myself like my major. Very laid back interview, more of a conversation for the interviewer to get a sense of myself and personality. Then, I had a phone interview with the VP of Medasource. Again, this was laid back where he explained the aspects of the company. Finally, I did an on-site interview in Hoboken where I went to the Brooksource office and talked to 4-5 different employees.
