I am sorry to say that my experience with Medallia recruiting process was not a positive one. I found myself waiting for several weeks without any updates or feedback, which was frustrating and disappointing. That happened two times. The first time, I was contacted by the recruiter who would plan a meeting with the recruiting manager. I had no news for several weeks despite me contacting him. Suddenly, I was contacted back to see if I was still interested by the position. I had then three individual interviews and a panel one. I spent a considerable amount of time and effort in preparing for each stage of the recruitment process. Despite my attempts to follow up with the recruitment team via email after the panel interview, I haven’t received any reply yet, leaving me uncertain about the status of my application. This is disrespectful and shows a lack of professionalism. Overall, I was left with a negative impression of Medallia's recruitment process due to the lack of communication and feedback. It is essential for companies to provide timely feedback and updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process, especially those who have invested a considerable amount of time and effort into the process. I hope that Medallia will take steps to improve their recruitment process and ensure that future candidates have a better experience.

Contacted by recruiter on LinkedIn and had a video call shortly after. They were very nice and friendly and it went well, lasted almost an hour, but then they never ever got back to me. This was after saying they would be in touch to arrange the interview. Complete waste of my time.
