      Entretien

      I was contacted by HR over a quick phone call for screening. Later a received an email letting me know about next steps. After that I had a second interview with two people one Senior Management personel and a Technical member of the team. The second interview was rather easy, with general questions about my professional career, skills and experience as well as my academic career and some questions related to critical thinking and analysis. After that they assigned me 24 hour window to complete the "technical part" of the interview. Pretty much 3 questions (see below). The second interview took place on Thursday. It took them on day to send me the tehcnical part (instructions etc etc), resulting me having to resolve their technical quetsions over my weekend and send it back. After submitting technical quetsions over email, another person contacted me (Senior Technical personel) to inform me that he is checking my answer. 4 days later I had an answer that feedback is really posivite they are excited with my skills and knowledge and they want to move with the 3rd interview soon. Next inteview was booked for 4 days later. It would be with the team leader of the position. At this point I have to add that, until now everything was moving rather smooth. Interviews over all were very positive with a respectful communcation and in general a nice vibe. Interviewer were genuinly interested to know me as a person and as a professional. So, now I am on the 3rd interview (which I was told would be the last one). Still here the overall atmosphere was but and interviewer was respectful and nice. Great feedback regarding my tehcnical questions and he mentioned that he can't wait for me to join the team, because he is looking for people with my skills and experience. However, here is where things started to go downhill. He told me for the first time since I was involved in this recruitment process, that there would be another two intervies with hiring management and higher senior management of the company. Also he mentioned that although he wants to hire me today, he has to wait 2 to 3 weeks for the company's approval. Long story short, a month later I had 4th inveriew with hiring manager in US. Very arrogant personal and ignorant regarding me, my skills, my experience etc. Very uncomfortable atmosphere. Also we was late on the Zoom bridge for like 10 minutes with some stupid excuse that he is too busy and tired and he needed a break. The interview itself was too much blah blah from his side, with only few generic questions towards me, which he was not really interested to listen to my responses. I felt like I am interogated by a guy who doesnt really even care about it, like he was forced to be there. NOTHING like any of the prior interviews I had with this company. And concluding this interview he mentioned that the company needs time, because they are deciding their budgets for the year so they don't know when they canm hire me. it can be 2 months from the day of interview or even 5 months or over never. So, company contacted me for the initial interview in the end of December. First inverview was first week of January. Second interview was mid January. Third was mid of February. I am writting this beginnign of July and still I haven't received an answer from them. Of course I moved on with another, serious offer and I am really happy for my current job. But I want my review to let people know what to expect from this company. ** After the interview with team leader (2nd interview) I had to chase them and send them repetetive email asking for feedback and when we will move to next step. HR was not responding to me at all. I had to email the team leader himself to get a response and to move the procedure forward to the 4th interview. After the 4th interview I had to chase them again for a response regarding if we are moving forward or not, which they replied to me with excuses about budgeting and strategic changes etc. whichout crearly telling me if they want to move forward or not. they just told me to be standby pretty much.
