Thanks for your feedback and for investing so much time and energy in us. I apologize for the lags in our process (1 month between the online application and the coding challenge, 2 weeks between the coding challenge and the onsite interviews). We are working on improving our responsiveness -- it's painful when our fast pace of growth and stretched resources make us seem more like a (lumbering) large company than a nimble small one. Again, my apologies.
