Met at a college career fair. Talked to a representative who said he would pass me though to HR to do a phone interview. A month later I did a phone interview, which was 90% brain teasers. The first 10 minutes was about me and a little about the company, and then he went right in with brain teasers. If this was a face to face interview I would have been sweating bullets.
