I was contacted via email after dropping off my resume at a career fair, and the interview itself consisted of a personal interview intermixed with some brain teaser/puzzle questions. After the interview, I was contacted with the next step: The Challenge. This consisted of a data analysis/statistics assignment which I was given 24 hours to turn in.
