Interview process was straightforward, but job recruiter was not friendly during phone interview. Maybe I scheduled the interview at the wrong time. I understand that interviewing multiple people for a role can be stressful. I interviewed two months ago, the position it still open.
I submitted an application online and a day or two later got an email to set up and appointment for a phone screen. The interviewer was pretty late calling with the phone screen and it made me nervous

How do you calm people down in stressful situations
Great and straight to the point. The interviewer was able to help me find a role in the company to apply for that fits my skills better. Interviewer was very nice and professional as well as understanding

Entretien
You first have a phone interview and then go in to interview in person with your department. You spend some time talking with the hiring manager and then you go to the floor to meet the staff and watch the flow of how things work. The hiring process is a bit drawn out, over all, as you need to start on the dates that they want because they have certain dates that all new hires in that group start. So if you miss one of those dates because you gave 2 weeks at your previous employer, you have to wait to start until the next new hire date.
