Phone screen with 2-3 other people, then onsite with 30-minute interviews with groups of 5-6 people. Lots of questions about my personality, very few about my actual skills and how I would contribute to the team. Some of the personality questions were a bit bizarre. Seems like a good group of people though, and I was pretty impressed that not one of them was on their computer or cell phones during the meetings.
