I applied via a website I was contacted via phone about two days later. Jennifer the HR person and I discussed my experience briefly over the phone. We discussed the best day to scheduled and interview the worked for both of us. I came in a few days later interviewed with the department manger.

Very professional, we discussed the credentialing process from start to finish. We spoke about the company and it's view and goals. I was asked what my goals were and how I would fit them in this company. I was asked of my job expectations and I will contribute to the growth of the company. I pretty much knew I wanted to work here within the first five minutes.
