Really straightforward, they make you pick a time online. My interview was during COVID, so it was done online and I was interviewed by 2 people. Very standard questions, e.g tell us about yourself, why do you want to work for Mecca etc

Entretien
After an interview via video-recording and two small games process, you will need to pass a 1:1 interview and group activities. The process took a quite long time, which was nearly 2 months for me.
Good and high energy from staff!! Heavy emphasis on values within the company and how a staff can present that in the store. But very calm and overall good experience.
