The first screening was great, the second round was with the two owners and they both seemed really disinterested in anything I had to say, they made the role seem like it was going to be horrible, and they were overall pretty unkind and unwelcoming.

Screening interview was promising but then they gave me an "assignment" for one of their existing clients. I am happy to do an assignment to evaluate my skills, but it should not be for a client that they have on retainer. It seems to me that they are looking for free work.
