The Ceo's son told me they were hiring and so i called and asked if they could make an intern position for me. The interview was over the phone. The CEO was really nice and asked softball questions. they were very easy to negotiate. "what do you want to experience or learn" was one of the questions. Because they don't exactly have an "intern program" they are willing and able to mold the experience for you.
