It was an easy interview process. First I had a phone interview with a HR coordinator that lasted around 40 mins or so. Then had a zoom interview with the manager and another employee.

Called to schedule a phone interview with HR. By the time I received a call for a second interview, I had accepted a job elsewhere. It might have been a great opportunity if I didn't have to wait so long for the second interview.

Entretien
The process included a phone interview followed by invitation for in-person interview. The phone interview was a conference call with only human resources and no representative from the marketing department. The in-person interview included two HR reps, position supervisor, department head.

Question 1
Phone interview questions focused on basic competencies and interest in the company. In-person interview was a group of 4 and they alternated asking scripted questions. Even with that the conversation flowed pretty naturally and they were all very open to sharing their opinions, thoughts, and experiences.
